(EN)Once you request a service, our pet care coordinators will meet with you to understand your schedule and requirements. Based on that, they will select primary and backup Fetch walkers they believe are the best match for you and your dog(s). You'll get the chance to meet these chosen walkers, either virtually or in person. If you're satisfied with them, we'll designate them as the primary and backup walkers on your account. Whenever you book a service, the primary walker will be assigned, and if they are unavailable, the secondary walker will step in to provide care.
